2021- 建立信任

公司的业务扩展到别墅租赁、翻新项目和土地采购服务。与当地社区、土地所有者、承包商和政府机构建立了牢固的关系，为未来的发展奠定了坚实的基础。

2022- Prabu Hills 诞生

Prabu Hills 项目的启动标志着一个重大的里程碑，使公司的业务重点从经纪转为房地产开发。该项目为公司的质量、透明度和长期投资的核心价值奠定了基础。

2023- 加速愿景

随着 Prabu Hills 概念的推广，开发活动不断加速，加强了与建筑师、工程师、承包商和国际投资者的合作伙伴关系。公司完善了从土地收购到建设的端到端开发流程。

2024- 在库塔的家

通过新的战略合作伙伴关系，BE Investment 进入了新的增长阶段，并在龙目岛的库塔开设了第一家办公室。公司扩展了服务范围，以提供完整的投资解决方案，包括法律协助、设计、项目管理和施工。

2025- 不断增长的组合

随着新住宅开发、土地收购和基础设施项目的开展，业务组合持续增长。公司进一步加强了其国际网络，同时继续投资于当地社区的发展和龙目岛的长期合作伙伴关系。

2026- 全面整合
